Isaiah 40:29.. “He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.”

My Approach

My coaching is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and deep emotional safety-especially for those navigating the painful impacts of partner violence, emotional abuse, or alcohol abuse in their
relationships or families. There is nothing simple about what you have been through-and that is why this work is so important. Leaving is not always simple. Naming what is happening can feel terrifying. And healing— especially within communities that often say “don’t talk yuh business” or “every family have dem problems”-can feel lonely or even shameful.

As someone from a Caribbean background, I understand the unspoken rules many of us were raised with: Be strong. Don’t complain. Keep it in the family. But I also know the cost of that silence. I have seen what it does to the spirit. I have felt the weight of watching brilliant people—especially women -dim themselves just to survive. My approach is gentle, affirming, and trauma informed. This is not therapy, but it is a space to untangle your truth, rebuild your self-trust, and take steps toward safety, clarity, and freedom.

Life coaching is a collaborative process where a trained coach helps individuals clarify their goals, overcome challenges, and unlock their full potential. Life coaches work with clients to create actionable plans and provide support to achieve personal and professional success.

Life Coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals, personal growth, and enhancing overall well-being. It is future-oriented and works on current challenges.

-Therapy (or counseling) typically addresses mental health concerns, unresolved emotional issues, and past trauma. It often delves into the past to work through psychological challenges.

In short, life coaching is about creating a better future, while therapy often helps heal the past to enable better mental health and functioning.

Life coaching is for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life, improve their personal or professional growth, gain clarity on their goals, or overcome obstacles. Whether you are seeking a career change, work-life balance, self-confidence, or just need support in navigating life’s challenges, coaching can provide guidance.

You Don't Have To Carry It Alone Anymore

If you’re here, it is likely because you are carrying something heavy, perhaps heartbreak, fear, confusion, or the silent burden of navigating a world that hasn’t always felt safe.

My coaching offers a space where you can gently begin again, a place where your story is honored, and where healing doesn’t have to occur in silence.

My Approach

My work is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and emotional safety especially for those navigating the painful impacts of.

  • Partner violence

There is nothing simple about what you have been through and that is exactly why this work matters. Leaving is not always easy. Naming the harm can feel terrifying. And healing especially in communities that say things like “don’t talk yuh business” or “every family have dem problems” can feel lonely or shameful.

As someone from a Caribbean background, I understand the unspoken rules that many of us were raised with: Be strong. Don’t complain. Keep it in the family. However, I also recognize the cost of that silence. I have seen how it affects the spirit. I have watched brilliant individuals especially women diminish their light just to survive.

This is not therapy.
But it is a space to:
